Abstrakty
W 1994 roku P. Drucker pisał, że: każda organizacja, biznesowa i pozabiznesowa, posiada swoją teorię dotyczącą biznesu. W ostatnich latach w literaturze przedmiotu zauważyć można wzrost zainteresowania analizą sposobu, w jaki firmy kreują wartość i generują zyski. Pojawiają się więc próby definiowania modeli biznesu, jakimi posługują się przedsiębiorstwa, by móc skutecznie konkurować w zmiennym i nieprzewidywalnym otoczeniu. (fragment tekstu)
