W artykule zaprezentowano podejście oparte na dowodach. Autor zwraca uwagę na znaczenie wiedzy i wyników badań naukowych z zakresu psychologii dla uwiarygodnienia i zwiększenia skuteczności praktyki coachingu, a także doskonalenia coachingu jako metody wspierania rozwoju. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents an evidence-based approach. It focuses on the meaning of psychological knowledge and the research findings relating to the increase in credibility and efficacy of coaching practice, and also the development of coaching as a method of support. (original abstract)
