Cognitive Behavioural Coaching in Business - Selected Techniques

The article presents the main principles and techniques of the cognitive behavioral approach applied to executive coaching. This is an evidence-based approach. In addition, the article highlights two work-based coaching models: the P^CTICE Model (developed by Professor Stephen Palmer Ph.D.) and Video Coaching Competence (developed by Anna Syrek-Kosowska, Ph.D.). The use of these techniques is demonstrated in case studies. (original abstract)
