Abstrakty

Przedmiotem pracy jest analiza wybranych, praktycznie funkcjonujących w rynkowej gospodarce kapitalistycznej systemów regulacyjnych. Badanie tych systemów jest prowadzone z punktu widzenia potrzeby analizy charakteru cen jako instrumentu regulacyjnego. Przez systemy regulacyjne rozumiane są tu łącznie; systemy poddawane regulacji, tj. branże lub dziedziny gospodarki; systemy regulujące, tj. wykorzystywany zbiór instrument6w regulacji. W pracy przyjmuje się więc pojęcie systemu regulacji w takim znaczeniu, w którym używane jest w cybernetyce, tj. jako pewne mechanizmy służące doprowadzaniu systemu regulacyjnego do równowagi. Samo pojęcie równowagi jest przyjęte w Znaczeniu keynesowskim, tj. jako stan, w którym partnerzy łączącej ich relacji ekonomicznej pozostają zadowoleni. (fragment tekstu)
