Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono specyficzne uwarunkowania prowadzenia działalności innowacyjnej w branżach twórczych - w kontekście generowania i przyjmowania (adaptacji) innowacji - obejmujące: (1) trudne do prognozowania zapotrzebowanie (popyt) na twórcze produkty/usługi; (2) konieczność tworzenia innowacji w sposób ciągły oraz (3) samozarządzających i samodzielnych pracowników prowadzących działalność twórczą .

The paper presents the peculiarities of the innovation management in the Creative Industries - in the context of the generation and adoption of innovations - inclu- ding: (1) difficult to forecast demand for creative products/services, (2) continuous innovations and (3) self-management and self-managing staff involved in the cre- ative activity . Such conditions along with the creative inspiration, artistic contents of innovations and unique products and processes capture the interdisciplinary and the evolutionary nature of the Creative Industries . Moreover it may encourage to under- take a broader scientific discussion on the innovation management in the Creative Industries (industries that have a growing potential to stimulate the innovativeness of modern economies) (original abstract)
