Abstrakty
W podsumowaniu należy stwierdzić, że ostatnie badania empiryczne przyniosły wiele istotnych rezultatów i jednocześnie pozwoliły wygenerować determinanty ponadprzeciętnej efektywności funkcjonowania organizacji, którymi są: - przejrzysta i płaska struktura organizacyjna, redukująca hierarchiczność, - strategia zorientowana na podejmowanie szans i działań przełomowych, - uproszczone zarządzanie procesami w celu szybkiego reagowania na sygnały i informacje, - przywództwo oparte na zaufaniu, organizacyjnycm uczeniu się, postrzeganiu porażek jako szans czy wspieraniu indywidualnych inicjatyw, - orientacja uwzględniająca długi horyzont czasu, polegająca na utrzymywaniu długofalowych więzi z interesariuszami, _ rozwijanie kluczowych kompetencji i tworzenie systemu efektywnego przepływu informacji, _ budowanie właściwego systemu motywacji zorientowanego na pozytywne wzmocnienie uczestników organizacji, _ zorientowanie na klienta, rozwój skutecznych więzi, reagowanie na sygnały płynące z rynku, monitorowanie otoczenia zewnętrznego i wzrost poprzez partnerstwo . Z powyższego wynika, że efektywnej organizacji jest potrzebna zarówno stabilizacja (np. przywództwa), jak i otwartość na rozwój oraz zmianę, wobec czego badacze przekonują, że nadzwyczajne wyniki organizacji są rezultatem właściwego zarządzania zmianami. Odpowiednio powiązana mieszanka wymienionych priorytetów stanowi podstawę formułowania strategii wzmacniających ponadprzeciętne rezultaty organizacji w długim okresie. Włączenie pomiaru efektywności do systemu informacji umożliwia dostarczenie kadrze zarządzającej danych na temat tego, jak organizacja radzi sobie dziś i jak poradzi sobie w przyszłości we wszystkich aspektach swego działania, nie tylko finansowych.
