Rosnące znaczenie aktywów niematerialnych, w tym przede wszystkim kapitału ludzkiego dla funkcjonowania współczesnych organizacji stworzyło zapotrzebowanie na pewne metody i narzędzia, które pozwolą na efektywniejsze zarządzanie tym rodzajem zasobów. W związku z tym w ostatnim czasie nastąpił wzrost zainteresowania badaczy pomiarem kapitału ludzkiego, których wpływ na wyniki organizacji nie jest do końca rozpoznany zarówno pod względem teoretycznym, jak i empirycznym. Obecnie wiele metod wywodzi się z koncepcji kapitału intelektualnego, którego najistotniejszym elementem jest kapitał ludzki, który pozwala na tworzenie wartości firmy. Do najbardziej znanych narzędzi, opisujących wartości niematerialne należą The Balance Scorecard, HR Scorecard , czy też nawigator Skandii. Są to głównie modele niefinansowe, pozwalające identyfikować i oceniać najważniejsze czynniki niematerialne, w tym kapitał ludzki, w perspektywie tworzenia wartości dla organizacji poprzez usprawnianie wewnętrznych możliwości organizacji - inwestowanie w ludzi, systemy i procedury, niezbędne do poprawy wyników w przyszłości. Metody te pokazują wpływ zarządzania aktywami niematerialnymi na różne elementy działania organizacji, które składają się na całościowy jej wynik. (fragment tekstu)

Human capital measurement has become a major area of research in management, for both theorists and practitioners. However, the new theories and methods of measuring human capital are not sufficient interest among practitioners. This article is an attempt to determine whether the client's perception about the products and services provided by the organization can be a primary indicator of human capital measurement. The study from which this paper reports included empirical data collected through the answer was given by 60 personnel managers of companies. in creating the value added in farm businesses has the efficiency the human capital.
