W proponowanym artykule zostaną przedstawione przesłanki pojawienia się "stacji górskich", ich rodzaje oraz zmiany, jakie zaszły w ich sposobie funkcjonowania. Niektóre problemy teoretyczne i praktyczne zostaną przedstawione na przykładach z Europy, Ameryki Północnej, Azji i Afryki. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper discusses the background for the emergence of such 'mountain resorts', their types and changes in their mode of operation. Some theoretical and practical issues will be illustrated with examples derived from Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. (original abstract)
