Abstrakty

The objective of this paper is to investigate and evaluate the integration strategies of WSE and NSEL in the European area using criteria of stock market integration degree. The study analyses the determinants of stock markets in this area, investigating the development of stock exchanges and integration degree between them in comparison with market indexes correlations. The main subject of this paper is the Polish and Lithuanian capital markets in the context of European stock exchanges. The central focus is on its functioning peculiarities that influenced the decision to choose an appropriate way for further survival. (fragment of text)
