Abstrakty

W IV kwartale 2006 r. ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość +11.4, większą niż w którymkolwiek IV kwartale w ciągu trzynastoletniej historii badania koniunktury w budownictwie. Co więcej, w tegorocznym IV kwartale wskaźnik koniunktury jest znacznie większy od zera, podczas gdy dotychczas w IV kwartale zawsze przyjmował wartości ujemne. Obecny wskaźnik koniunktury jest znacznie większy niż w IV kwartałach minionych lat: większy o 18 punktów niż rok temu, o 21 punktów niż 2 lata temu, o 31 punktów niż 3 lata temu i o 47 punktów niż 4 lata temu. Także w obu sektorach własnościowych obecne wskaźniki koniunktury mają wartości większe niż w dowolnym IV kwartale od rozpoczęcia badania. Ponadto, utrzymuje się znaczna różnica ocen koniunktury w sektorze prywatnym i publicznym. Obecnie wskaźnik koniunktury w sektorze prywatnym jest większy niż w publicznym o 13.5 punktu, przed rokiem ta równica wynosiła 14.5 punktu. (fragment tekstu)

In the 4th Quarter of 2006 the general business indicator took a value of +11.4, higher than in any 4th quarter during thirteen-years' history of business survey for construction industry. Furthermore, this year in the 4th quarter the business indicator is much higher than zero, whereas hitherto in the 4th quarter it was always negative. Present business indicator is much higher than in the 4th quarters of previous years: higher by 18 points than a year ago, by 21 points than 2 years ago, by 31 points than 3 years ago and by 47 points than 4 years ago. Also in the both ownership sectors present business indicators are higher than in any 4th quarter since the inception of this survey. Furthermore, significant difference between the evaluations of the business activity in the sector of private firms and public enterprises remains unchanged. At present the indicator in the private sector is higher than in the public one by 13.5 points, and a year ago this difference was equal to 14.5 points. (fragment of text)
