The significance of renewable energy re sources is commonly recognized. The challenges are there to create cooperative bodies, which would impose certain solutions to make the idea not only well known, but also understood and implemented. The example of such cluster initiative is deENet, which i s presented below. The goal of this article is to present the scheme of cooperation within a cluster body and present the results of deENet opetarion's analysis. (original abstract)
