Abstrakty

W I kwartale 2003 roku ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość -33.7, większą o 4.5 punktu procentowego niż w I kwartale 2002 roku i większą o 5.5 punktu niż w I kwartale 2001 roku. Jednak poziom koniunktury w budownictwie nadal jest bardzo niski. Obecna wartość wskaźnika koniunktury jest niższa o ponad 14 punktów niż 3 lata temu. Koniunktura w sektorze prywatnym jest znacznie gorsza niż w publicznym. Różnica wartości wskaźnika koniunktury w sektorze prywatnym i publicznym przekracza 15 punktów. Wskaźnik koniunktury sektora publicznego jest wyższy od średniej ogółem o 11 punktów, w grupie przedsiębiorstw publicznych powstałych po 1989 roku przekracza średnią o 20 punktów. W najtrudniejszej sytuacji znajdują małe i średnie firmy budowlane. Dla firm zatrudniających do 20 pracowników wskaźnik koniunktury wynosi -39.8, przy zatrudnieniu od 21 do 100 pracowników -35.2, a powyżej 100 pracowników -26.9. (fragment tekstu)

In the 1st quarter of 2003 the general business indicator has a value -33.7, higher by 4.5 percentage points than in the 1st quarter of 2002 and higher by 5.5 points than in the 1st quarter of 2001. However, the business activity in the construction industry is still very low. Present value of the business indicator is lower by over 14 points than 3 years ago. The situation of the private sector is much worse than of the public one. The spread between the indicator values in the private and public sector exceeds 15 percentage points. In the public sector the business indicator is higher than the general mean by 11 points and in the group of the public enterprises founded after 1989 it exceeds the mean by 20 points. The situation of smallest and medium construction firms is most difficult. For the firms employing up to 20 workers the indicator takes a value -39.8, for those which employ 21-100 workers -35.2 and over 100 workers -26.9. (fragment of text)
