W III kwartale 2003 roku ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość -1.6, większą o 8.8 punktu procentowego w porównaniu z III kwartałem 2002 roku i większą o 18.1 punktu w porównaniu z III kwartałem 2001 roku. Obecna wartość wskaźnika koniunktury nie osiągnęła jeszcze wartości z III kwartału 2000 roku, ale jest od niej mniejsza tylko o 3 punkty procentowe. W sektorze prywatnym wskaźnik koniunktury jest większy o ponad 17 punktów niż rok temu i większy prawie o 26 punktów niż 2 lata temu. W sektorze publicznym wskaźnik koniunktury ma wartość identyczną jak rok temu i większą o około 9 punktów niż 2 lata temu. (fragment tekstu)
In the 3rd quarter of 2003 the general business indicator has a value -1.6, higher by 8.8 percentage points in comparison with the 3rd quarter of 2002 and higher by 18.1 points in comparison with the 3rd quarter of 2001. Present value of the business indicator hasn't reached its value from the 3rd quarter of 2000, but is less only by 3 percentage points. In the private sector the business indicator is higher by over 17 points than 1 year ago and higher by almost 26 points than 2 years ago. In the public sector the business indicator has the same value as a year ago and is higher by ca 9 points than 2 years ago. (fragment of text)
