W III kwartale 2002 roku ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość - 10.4, która w porównaniu z analogicznym kwartałem sprzed roku jest wyższa o 9.3 punktu. Obecne wyniki testu potwierdzają sygnalizowaną wcześniej tendencją poprawy koniunktury w budownictwie: w II kwartale 2002 roku wskaźnik koniunktury był większy niż przed rokiem o 10.4 punktu, a w I kwartale 2002 roku miał wartość prawie identyczną jak rok wcześniej. Salda odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania testu koniunktury mają obecnie wartości wyraźnie wyższe od analogicznych sald sprzed roku. Korzystne wyniki tego typu porównań po raz pierwszy wystąpiły w ciągu I i II kwartału 2002 roku. (fragment tekstu)
In the 3rd quarter of 2002 the general business indicator has a value of -10.4, which in comparison with 'the analogous quarter a year ago is higher by 9.3 points. Present values of the business survey confirm a tendency of a recovery of the construction industry, which was previously signalled: in the 2nd quarter of 2002 the business indicator was higher by 10.4 points than one year ago and in the 1st quarter of 2002 it took a value almost identical as one year earlier. Now the balances of responses to all questions of the business survey take the values, which are visibly higher than the corresponding balances from one year ago. For the first time the positive results of such comparisons took place during the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2002. (fragment of text)
