Abstrakty
W IV kwartale 2002 roku ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość -35.2, większą blisko o 3 punkty procentowe w porównaniu z IV kwartałem 2001 roku. Obecne wyniki testu potwierdzają sygnalizowaną wcześniej tendencję poprawy ogólnej koniunktury w budownictwie. W III kwartale 2002 roku wskaźnik koniunktury był większy niż przed rokiem o 9.3 punktu, w II kwartale 2002 roku był większy niż przed rokiem o 10.4 punktu, a w I kwartale 2002 roku miał wartość prawie identyczną jak rok wcześniej. Ogólny poziom koniunktury w budownictwie jest jednak wciąż bardzo niski. Obecnie wskaźnik koniunktury jest prawie identyczny jak 2 lata temu i niższy o 11 punktów niż 3 lata temu. (fragment tekstu)
In the 4th quarter of 2002 the general business indicator has a value of -35.2, higher by almost 3 percentage points in comparison with the 4th quarter of 2001. Present results of the business survey confirm a tendency of a recovery of the construction industry, which was signaled earlier. In the 3rd quarter of 2002 the business indicator was higher by 9.3 points than one year ago, in the 2nd quarter of 2002 it was higher by 10.4 points and in the 1st quarter of 2002 it took a value almost identical as one year earlier. However, the business activity in the construction industry is still very low. At present the business indicator is almost identical as 2 years ago and lower by 11 points the 3 years ago.
