Abstrakty

Motywy wdrażania, a następnie certyfikowania systemów zarządzania środowiskowego ISO 14001 są głównie związane z dążeniem do zapewnienia zgodności z przepisami prawnymi, poprawą wyników środowiskowych, ze spełnieniem oczekiwań klientów, przezwyciężaniem barier na rynku, oczekiwaną redukcją kosztów, presją grup zewnętrznych, chęcią poprawy wizerunku i reputacji firmy oraz chęcią doskonalenia systemu zarządzania1. Odmienna klasyfikacja czynników motywujących daną organizację do wdrażania systemu zarządzania środowiskowego uwzględnia podział na cztery grupy: reaktywną motywację (będącą wynikiem zewnętrznych uwarunkowań rynkowych), wewnętrzną motywację, proaktywną motywację oraz motywację prawną (zapewniającą osiągnięcie zgodności z wymogami prawnymi(fragment tekstu)

Practical adaptation of the Environmental Management Systems (EMS) increases interest of scientists, especially in the field of: existing problems and ways of resolving them; use of good management practices; costs and benefits gained from EMS; tools of continual improvement of the EMS. In the paper, the Author carries out an analysis of the currently conducted scientific research in the field of environmental management systems and classifies them. This allows to identify the existing gaps and propose future research trends (original abstract)
