W II kwartale 1999 roku ogólny wskaźnik koniunktury przyjął wartość +13.8, wyższą o 28 punków w porównaniu z I kwartałem 1999 r. W tym roku w II kwartale wskaźnik koniunktury jest o 10 punktów niższy niż przed rokiem, niższy o 20 punktów niż przed dwoma laty i niższy o 25 punktów niż przed trzema laty. Nie ma istotnej różnicy w ocenie koniunktury przez firmy prywatne i publiczne. Odpowiednie wartości wskaźnika koniunktury wynoszą: w sektorze prywatnym +14.9 oraz w sektorze publicznym +12.3. In the 2nd quarter of 1999 the general business indicator has a value of +13.8, higher by 28 points in comparison with the 1st quarter of 1999. This year in the 2nd quarter the business indicator is lower by 10 points than a year ago, lower by 20 points than two years ago and lower by 25 points than three years ago. The difference of assessment of the business situation given by the private and public firms is not significant. The respective values of business indicator are: +14.9 in the private sector and +12.3 in the public sector. (fragment of text)
