Abstrakty

Autorka opisuje irlandzką Komisję Stosunków Pracy (Labour Relations Commission), będącą mechanizmem dobrowolnego rozwiązywania sporów między pracodawcami i pracownikami, która powstała w wyniku dążenia do kooperacyjnego oraz nieantagonistycznego stylu interakcji w relacjach pomiędzy tymi głównymi aktorami stosunków przemysłowych. Dążenie to przekłada się na sferę instytucjonalną obsługującą przetargi zbiorowe toczące się na różnych poziomach. Sama Komisja oddaje zaś złożoność procesu rozwiązywania sporów pracowniczych, oferując różnego rodzaju usługi poprzez swoje służby, które mają wspierać i kształtować lepszy i efektywniejszy system rozwiązywania sporów zbiorowych. The main aim of this article is a presentation of Irish Labour Relations Commission (LRC) as a mechanism for voluntary resolution of disputes between the employers and the employees. It expresses an endeavour of that place towards a cooperative and non-adversarial style of interaction between the actors of industrial relations. This endeavour is transferred on institutional sphere serving collective bargaining at the various levels. While Commission reflects a complexity of process of trade disputes resolution and it offers the various services throughout its divisions, which should support and shape better and more effective system of resolution of disputes between the employers and the employees in Ireland.
