Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest analiza wybranych pozycji literaturowych na temat badań barier we wdrażaniu procesów logistyki zwrotnej w przedsiębiorstwach. Wyniki badań empirycznych autora stanowią wkład do dyskusji nad zagadnieniami logistyki zwrotnej. Badano przedsiębiorstwa usługowe z branży motoryzacyjnej z województwa łódzkiego. W badaniu uczestniczyło 10 przedsiębiorstw, w których poszukiwano uwarunkowań wdrażania logistyki zwrotnej oraz identyfikowano czynniki stymulujące te procesy. Badania prowadzono metodą wywiadów bezpośrednich z zastosowaniem kwestionariusza, obserwacji, rozmów z ekspertami. (fragment tekstu)

This article analyzes some of the factors impeding the effective implementation of the reverse logistics processes and therefore its development in companies from the automotive sector. Particular attention was devoted to workshops involved in servicing and repairing cars. The implementation of processes of reverse logistics in companies from the automotive sector faces many barriers, of which the most important are the insignificance of reverse logistics to other processes in your company and secondary treatment of the idea of reverse logistics in relation to other issues in the company, the lack of economies of scale and therefore little economic benefit lack of interest in the management, the presence of the shadow economy and ineffective regulation. These barriers come from both internal enterprise environment as well as with its external environment. (original abstract)
