In conclusion, the "new economy" brings good and bad things. We are still at the very beginning; it is very difficult to understand exactly how these things will work out. I have tried to list some of the advantages in relation to the role of government, to show how the "new economy" can make governments more efficient. At the same time, I have mentioned that there are some developments that could create future difficulties. Maybe a few years from now we will know which of these two aspects has become more important. (fragment of text)
