Abstrakty
Poruszono rolę sieci i udziałowców, w kontekście wprowadzenia i wykorzystania zewnętrznej wiedzy, dostępu do nowych rynków umiejętności, wiedzy i in.

There were main assumptions of Open Innovation presented, which is making multisharing capitals, concentrating enterprises, organizations, scientific entities, aimed at fulfilment of a common goal which is creation and development of innovative products. The role of networks and stakeholders was analysed in the context of implementation and usage of outer knowledge, access to new markets of abilities, information etc. In the text the focal points were the determinants of implementation of open innovation and clusters as the source of innovations and synergy of benefits. In the context of essence and assumptions of Open Innovation, the Cluster Bioenergy for the Region and deENet network were analysed. (original abstract)
