The aim of this article is the analysis of the application of the maximum score estimators to the problem of churn prediction in the telecommunication sector. Our research shows that models built using maximum score give more precise and more stable models than classification trees and simpler than logistic regression. In our analysis we used data gathered from one of the Polish mobile operators.(original abstract)
