Quality is one of the most important present themes. It interconnects and influences every part of the society - people, industry, trade, transport, etc. Organization's market share and incomes are dependent on product and service quality. Measure of quality process, where goods movement realized by road freight transport comprehends too, means attribute complex that is related to the process functionality in real time. Attribute complex includes responsibility, accuracy, flexibility, safety, environmental impacts etc. Demand for transport services results from commodity demand. Freight transport principle is characterized by goods and commodity movement realized from manufacturers to dealers or end consumer in required quantity, quality and delivery terms.
