Celem artykułu jest wskazanie znaczenia nowych źródeł finansowania o dużym stopniu innowacyjności w finansowaniu inwestycji infrastrukturalnych w transporcie.(fragment tekstu)

High level of infrastructure projects capital-absorbing makes difficult to find funds for their financing. Budgets of majority of countries are balancing on edge of allowed level of deficit. For such reason it is almost common acceptation of private capital involvement. Practice has shown that more often there are necessity of supporting such projects by additional capital in form of specialized financial instruments. A paper is aimed to indicate an importance of new, innovative sources of finance infrastructure projects in transport, like as infrastructure funds and project bonds.(author's abstract)
