Conception of transition includes transformation from the centrally planned, administrative to market economy. Transition such as this represents a broad located, global process, which began at the end of the eighties and the beginning of the nineties of the last century. All transition economies can be classified into four groups: Central and Eastern Europe (CEE): Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, FRY, Macedonia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia and Montenegro; The Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania; The Commonwealth of Independent States: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Belorus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Kyrgiz Republic, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine; Transition economies in Asia: Cambodia, Lao, Vietnam, China.
