Artykuł prezentuje zjawisko bezpośredniej partycypacji pracowniczej poprzez analizę wybranych technik zarządczych o charakterze partycypacyjnym. Następnie zaprezentowane są wyniki badań przeprowadzonych na próbie 145 przedsiębiorstw z terenu Wielkopolski, w których badano występowanie omówionych technik. Artykuł kończą wnioski i zalecenia do dalszych badań.(abstrakt oryginalny)

This paper discusses the issue of direct employee participation through an analysis of participatory management techniques. This is followed by a presentation of the findings of research into the use of these techniques in a sample of 145 enterprises from the Wielkopolska area. The article ends with conclusions and recommendations for further research.(original abstract)
