In Mexico, companies have been severely impacted by the phenomenon of globalization in organizations, causing serious problems to remain in the markets and in the worst case, the mass closure of businesses that failed to resist or adapt to correspond series of changes and movements that have occurred in the surrounding environment. Being immersed in globalization implies that employers are not only competing with the rest of the world economic issue, but also our country. We require to have a structure that is competitive in the international context, as this will enable us, by a separate and keep the Mexican capital, on the other, attracting investment foreign. In this research hopes to determine the performance level of the key factors of the internationalization process, the SME 's attributed to various reasons to facilitate exporting and transit importer, prior knowledge and understanding of the existing theoretical and dominant models in relation with the measurement of competitiveness, then formulate a model to be implemented to help the development of Sinaloenses companies.
