Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule omówiono instytucjonalną formę międzynarodowej współpracy o charakterze pozarządowym. Następnie przedstawiono jej utworzenie i podstawy działania, cele i zadania, członkostwo. Na koniec przedstawiono strukturę organizacyjną i kompetencje organów, a także podejmowanie uchwał.

The paper is concerned with 26 international non-governmental organizations operating in the field of the research and utilization of outer space. The discussion includes their foundation, principles of operation, organizational structure and competence as well as the problems of passing resolutions. The analysis of the matters of form and legal problems leads to a general conclusion that the organizational structure and the scope of competence of the selected organizations differentiated as they are and characterized by definite, specific features, they bring them closer to the international scientific organizations of a co-ordinative type.
