W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono uwarunkowania wyjściowe, kontrowersje teoretyczne, komplikacje społeczne drugiego etapu reformy gospodarczej.
The paper deals with some factors conditioning the second stage of the economic reform in Poland. Attention has been drawn to there essential spheres of conditions, namely: the initial conditions, that is the state of economy in the real and control spheres, controversies connected with the theoretical concept of the reform and, finally, the situation regarding social evaluation and receipt of the realized changes. Special emphasis has been laid on the last question, especially on the consciousness barriers that occur there. The break of these barriers has been recognizes the basic condition of the forward course of the reform. (original abstract)
