Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono model państwa narodowego oraz wyjaśniono pojęcie "problemy globalne". Następnie omówiono problemy globalne w polityce międzynarodowej. Na koniec przedstawiono filozofię politycznego realizmu.

The prevailing model providing societies with a political structure, that is a national state, represents an obstacle to proper recognition of problems that mankind faces and the response to them. The author presents inner limitations to the model of a national state and points to negative consequences of dividing people' into competing, sovereign states. He criticizes the so-called "political realism" which is the theoretical rationalization of that division. The latter part of the paper concerns the search for a new, political, world order. In the author's opinion, the "critical theories of international policy" make the most original and promising direction of the search. They overcome the dychotomy of internal and internatio-1 policies and pave the way for free creation of differentiated forms of political organization of communities living in harmony with one another and with the Planet.
