Abstrakty

In conditions of new technologies rapid development the investments are the most important means of progressive structural displacements in the economy, improving quality performance of activities at the micro-, meso- and macrolevels. Stabilization and development of the national economy is largely dependent on how much effective are the investing activities. In this context the major part the State plays, which is through the monetary regulation tools, can purposefully influence not only on forming the domestic and external investments influx, but also to create certain conditions for their direction into the real economy.
