Economic reforms of the transformational period in Ukraine contributed to a significant structural reorganization of retail trade, its demonopolization and denationalization. In addition to that, in the country is realized the state policy regarding coordination of work of all the elements of retail trade based on usage of market mechanisms of economy, development and implementation of trade rules and reinforcement of compliance control.
