Abstrakty
Temat niniejszego artykułu dotyczy innowacji technologicznych w przedsiębiorstwach rodzinnych. Freeman wyróżnił innowacje technologiczne jako szczególnie istotne dla rozwoju firmy. Jego podejście procesowe, w którym firma dąży do określenia wizji wyrobu, następnie go projektuje, produkuje, testuje i w ostatecznym etapie wprowadza gotowy produkt, usługę, bądź technologię na rynek. W procesie tym szczególną rolę odgrywają prace badawczo - rozwojowe. Są one wewnętrznym wieloetapowym procesem, który obejmuje badania podstawowe i wdrożeniowe, kreowanie wizji i cech produktu, rozwój, po czym dochodzi do produkcji oraz w ostateczności wprowadzenia na rynek gotowego produktu, usługi czy technologii. The paper presents the results of literature and empirical research on making changes with particular emphasis on technological innovation. The issue of innovation is the focus of research of family businesses since the early 60s the twentieth century. Already have noted the significant impact of family involvement on the degree of technological innovation. The purpose of this article is to review and systematization of knowledge about technological innovation in family businesses. It also has an incentive to expand their knowledge and further research in this area. (original abstract)
