Abstrakty

Artykuł prezentuje podejście do opracowania autorskiej metodyki zarządzania procesem transferu technologii. Zawiera przegląd najważniejszych teoretycznych przesłanek, istoty i cech charakterystycznych procesu transferu technologii. Na tej podstawie opracowano ogólny plan zbudowania know-how o uniwersalnym charakterze. (abstrakt oryginalny)

This paper presents an approach to develop a proprietary methodology for managing the process of technology transfer. Provides an overview of the major theoretical grounds, the nature and characteristics of the technology transfer process. On this basis, an overall plan to build a know-how of a universal character.
