Communication is the key role of linking the organization with internal and external stakeholders with which it interacts. We found that culture determines the way how the president of a fishing cooperative communicates with various audiences, whether the members of the cooperative society and customers, the government, and suppliers. This research aims to analyze the role of communication and organizational culture for the development of the Cooperative Fisheries, taken as a methodological strategy case study of Lucenilla Cooperative, located in Sinaloa, Mexico.
