The Symptoms of Burnout Syndrome and Staff Efficiency and Management of a Family Business. Case of Commercial Chain: Sam´s Club Culiacan, Mexico

Abstrakty
Family businesses require commercial chain and demand of employees a lot of responsibility and commitment, forming them work stress, exhaustion, fatigue that characterize burnout. Currently, the pace of life that people carry, needs to be done daily to achieve and generate survival, has led to a working life applicant excessive time consumption impacting your personal life and in the body itself, because stress significantly affects the health of people, creating physical and psychological symptoms; these activities being the main factors. The objective of this research was to analyze the symptoms of burnout syndrome in staff efficiency and management of a family business leaders commercial chain: Case Sam´s Club Culiacan, Mexico to meet this objective, a standard questionnaire instrument used to collect data in order to check for the features of the syndrome in employees of the company was developed. The results indicated that employees surveyed experience physiological and psychological characteristics of burnout syndrome, whose expression influences their work efficiency, reducing its performance, causing lack of focus, concentration and motivation.
