One of the consequences of adoption by the Parliament of laws implementing the provisions of Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste is the necessity to create in Poland within the period of five years i.e. by the end of the year 2007, a system of recovery and recycling of packaging waste will allow for achievement of the required level of packaging recovery and recycling.(fragment of text)
