The level of diversity in the world is systematically increasing due to the globalization and integration processes. The issues of diversity are of big importance in the enterprises operating in Podlasie region (North-Eastern Poland). From many confessions existing in the region in the past, nowadays only two are left: Catholic and Orthodox churches. Although both religions represent Christian Faith, there are some differences - as the literature shows - in values systems which determine the value preferences of their adherents. The variety of cultural values created by various religions is a fact, therefore raises the question - how to reach the potential inherited in diversity of employed people if officially you are not able to ask them about their religions? The innovativeness of the research conducted for that purpose relies on using four cultural dimensions of national culture: individualism/collectivism, power distance, uncertainty avoidance and masculinity/femininity as the dimension of religious culture. Research allows to compare the levels of those dimensions of religion based cultures and indicates some hints for managers of researched companies how to be better managers. Recommendations will be useful in two ways. First - they facilitate more effective management and second - employees could actualize their potential that can help them to get bigger job satisfaction.
