Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie interdyscyplinarnego podejścia do wytwarzania systemów dla podmiotów administracji publicznej. Zakres niniejszej pracy obejmuje: identyfikację powiązanych dyscyplin i określenie ich perspektyw; analizę zagadnień występujących na styku wytwarzania systemów dla administracji publicznej oraz tradycyjnych podejść w powiązanych dyscyplinach; a także szkic podejścia do integracji wiedzy będącej wynikiem realizacji zadań powiązanych z poszczególnymi dyscyplinami. This paper presents an interdisciplinary approach to analysis of issues related to system development in public administration. It covers an identification of relevant disciplines and their perspectives, an analysis of issues for all relevant disciplines, an integration of viewpoints and validation of the method and the solution. It is argued that the interdisciplinary approach can help to solve some of the problems described in State 2.0 report. (original abstract)
