Abstrakty

Problemy tworzenia i rozwoju kultur jakości w uczelniach wyższych są obecnie przedmiotem wielu badań, chociaż brakuje powszechnie akceptowanych koncepcji i modeli, które mogłyby być podstawą wypracowania metod zarządzania jakością oraz kształtowania kultury jakości w uczelniach wyższych. Koncepcja kultury jakości wyrasta z problematyki kultury organizacyjnej oraz z nurtu zarządzania jakością. W przypadku kultury jakości w uczelni wyższej doszło do integracji koncepcji kultur: akademickich (uniwersytetu) oraz jakości. Artykuł stanowi próbę analizy rezultatów tego procesu oraz odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy wspomniane kultury są identyczne. (fragment tekstu)

Problems of creation and development of quality culture in institutions of higher education are now the subject of many studies. However, there are no universally accepted concepts and models that could be the basis for developing methods of quality management and a culture of quality in higher education. This paper sets out to analyse the concept of the quality culture in higher education in relation to the academic culture. It also presents the typology of quality cultures in relation to higher education. (original abstract)
