Abstrakty

Wiedza jest uważana za jedno z ważniejszych i najbardziej wartościowych aktywów utrzymujących konkurencyjność organizacji. Konsekwentnie zarządzanie wiedzą zasługuje na większą uwagę. W artykule przedstawiono dwa znane sposoby pomiaru efektywności zarządzania wiedzą w organizacjach, a mianowicie ocenę efektywności systemów zarządzania wiedzą (modele efektywności) i ocenę wpływu kluczowych atrybutów efektywności zarządzania wiedzą na funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstwa. Pomimo iż wybór odpowiednich narzędzi pomiaru efektywności zarządzania wiedzą zależy od celów analizy, oba sposoby stanowią atrakcyjne narzędzia, które mogą w istotny sposób przyczynić się do poprawy zarządzania wiedzą w organizacji, zwiększając jej konkurencyjność rynkową (abstrakt oryginalny)

Knowledge is one of the most important and most valuable assets making organizations competitive. Consequently, the management of knowledge deserves more attention. In the article, the author presents two well known methods for knowledge management effectiveness assessment. These are: assessing knowledge management success/effectiveness models and linking knowledge management effectiveness attributes to organizational performance. The choice of a proper method depends on what the organization wants to analyze, e.g. the project, the process of strategic importance for knowledge management or the infrastructure of knowledge management systems. Nevertheless, both methods are very attractive tools, which can contribute to improvement of organizational knowledge management, increasing the market competitiveness of that organization.(original abstract)
