Abstrakty

Pour certains pays de la zone euro en diffi culté après la crise, ce fut parfois une chance de pouvoir disposer de mécanismes d'ajustement liés à leurs relations extérieures. La notion de «mondialisation spécifi que» mesure cet avantage au sein d'une zone monétaire. Le cas de l'Irlande illustre très bien cette nouvelle approche, tout particulièrement à propos du critère Mundellien de mobilité du travail mais aussi par son intégration dans un ensemble anglo-saxon impliquant des relations privilégiées relatives aux migrations, mouvements d'IDE américains ou même concurrence-prix avec le Royaume Uni. Par sa mondialisation externe hors norme et son hyperréactivité migratoire dans la crise récente, l'Irlande est un cas exemplaire mais limite.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Some Euro zone countries hurt by the recent crisis were fortunate to achieve better economic adjustment through the help of their extra zone relationships. A new paradigm called «specific globalisation» summarizes this advantage. The case of Ireland illustrate this new approach very well, particularly for the Mundellian criterion of labour movements but also by its integration within the Anglo-Saxon world due to its special relationships in terms of migration, US direct investments and price competition with the United Kingdom. By means of this outstanding out-zone globalization and by its strong and quick migration reactivity during the recent economic crisis, Ireland is an exemplar case; but also a limit case.(original abstract)
