Abstrakty

Problematyka tworzenia miejsc pracy i procesy zatrudnienia stanowią ważny czynnik w procesach rozwoju gospodarczego i społecznego. Z punktu widzenia prawdopodobnej migracji zarobkowej interesującym zagadnieniem badawczym jest intensywność oraz dynamika procesu powstawania miejsc pracy. W perspektywie regionalnej miejsca pracy stanowią kluczowy element społecznej i ekonomicznej atrakcyjności regionów. W niniejszym opracowaniu analizie poddano ilościowy aspekt intensywności wykorzystania dostępnych zasobów pracy i dynamiki zatrudnienia w Polsce w latach 2006-2014.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Employment is the distinctive mark for the economic and social development at both national and regional level. From the social perspective, the regional labour market differentials that apply at present give cause to expect an ongoing employment-related migration. The present paper provides an alternative approach for measuring both the intensity and dynamic of employment at regional level in Poland, in the 2006-2014 period.(original abstract)
