W pracy przedstawiono plan finansowy, alokację środków na poszczególne działania, jak i lata, skalę zrealizowanych projektów oraz liczbę środków przypadającą na pracującego, hektar UR, statystyczne gospodarstwo oraz udział w wartości dodanej brutto w ramach programu SAPARD w krajach Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej w latach 2000-2006.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper discusses the financial plan, the allocation of financial resources to different measures and years and the scale of the executed projects in the SAPARD Programme in the CEECs in 2000-2006 period. On the basis of the conducted analyses it was found that the most financial resources were given to Romania, Poland and Bulgaria. The majority of measures to be implemented were chosen by the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Moreover, in terms of the importance of different measures, the majority of financial resources in the CEECs were allocated to the processing and marketing of agricultural products, and the processing of fishery products. The most projects were accomplished in the investments in agricultural holdings. In the paper also the volume of funds in relation to farm, to 1 ha of agriculture area and to 1 person employed in analyzed sector was compared. Farmers in the Czech Republic receive the highest funds in relation to a farm and in Estonia and Slovenia these funds were the highest in relation to 1 ha of agricultural area and in Estonia to 1 person employed. The funds in relation to GVA were the highest in the Baltic countries.(original abstract)
