Abstrakty

Analiza miejsca oraz roli transportu i jego infrastruktury w funkcjonowaniu gospodarki, z uwzględnieniem stymulacji i reakcji na zmiany w niej zachodzące, obliguje do spojrzenia na gospodarkę przez pryzmat struktury złożonej i dynamicznej. Złożoność gospodarki można w tym przypadku rozpatrywać przede wszystkim z punktu widzenia dwóch struktur: sektorowej oraz przestrzennej, pozostających ze sobą w układzie określonych relacji, które istotnie wpływają na transport i jego infrastrukturę. Dynamika gospodarki jest natomiast czasowo- przestrzennym wyrażeniem jej stanu i struktury, zgodnie z założeniem, że gospodarka znajduje się w nieustannym rozwoju, ponieważ jej składowe ulegają ciągłym zmianom. The article presents The feedbacks between transport and economy development. The article compares also the old issue with a focus on new interpretation and measuring methods of the transport intensity, which is relating with the decoupling effect. This decoupling is a crucial element in achieving sustainable transport. The key question in the last years is how continued economic growth, but with lower transport contribution.
