Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono analizę zagadnienia relacji z dostawcami w organizacjach, w których wprowadzono znormalizowane systemy zarządzania. Struktura oraz zawartość tekstu zostały podporządkowane realizacji trzech zasadniczych celów, którymi są: 1) identyfikacja i opis relacji organizacji z dostawcami jako obiektu badań nauk o zarządzaniu, z uwzględnieniem wybranych nurtów badawczych w tym zakresie; 2) identyfikacja i opis zaleceń oraz wymagań dotyczących zarządzania relacjami z dostawcami, ujętych w standardach wybranych znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania; 3) empiryczna weryfikacja hipotez badawczych związanych z praktykami zarządzania relacjami z dostawcami obserwowanymi w organizacjach, które wprowadziły wybrane znormalizowane systemy zarządzania.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The text contains the analysis of the issue of the relation with suppliers in organizations in which standardized management systems have been introduced. The structure and the content of the text were subordinated to the realization of three principal purposes which are: 1) the identification and the description of the relation of the organization with suppliers as the object of research of management sciences, with the regard of chosen research streams in this range; 2) the identification and the description of recommendations and requirements concerning the management with relations with suppliers, seized in standards of chosen standardized management systems; 3) the empirical verification of exploratory hypotheses related to practices of the management with relations with suppliers observed in organizations which introduced chosen standardized management systems.(original abstract)
