Abstrakty

Treść artykułu stanowi refleksja nad potencjalnym wpływem najnowszych zmian w standardach systemów zarządzania (w tym szczególnie w standardzie ISO 9001) na zakres i formę relacji organizacji z otoczeniem. Analiza tegoż wpływu obejmuje następujące główne obszary problemowe: określenie statusu relacji organizacji z otoczeniem w znormalizowanych systemach zarządzania; identyfikację potencjalnego oddziaływania wymagań dotyczących relacji organizacji z otoczeniem na praktyki kształtowania procesu zarządzania (ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem takich wątków, jak: analiza kontekstu działalności, analiza stron zainteresowanych, określanie celów działalności, zarządzanie ryzykiem, integracja systemów zarządzania); próbę wskazania niezbędnych przekształceń znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania, tak aby spełniały one formalne wymagania i zalecenia dotyczące relacji z otoczeniem.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The content of the paper constitutes the reflection over the potential influence of the latest changes in standards of management systems (in this particularly in the ISO 9001 standard) on the range and the form of the relation of the organization with the environment. The analysis of this influence includes following leading problem-areas: the definition of the status of the relation of the organization with the environment in standardized management systems, the identification of the potential influence of requirements of concerning relations of the organization with the environment on practices of the formations of the process of the management (with particular reference to such threads as: the analysis of the context of the activity, the analysis of stakeholders, determining the purposes of the activity, risk management, the integration of management systems), the test of the indication of necessary conversions of standardized management systems, so that they fulfil formal requirements and recommendations concerning the relation with the environment.(original abstract)
