Abstrakty

Przedmiotem badań jest system transportowy budowany na bazie strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju. Autor stawia hipotezę, iż realizacja tej strategii, prowadząc do tworzenia ładu zintegrowanego w sektorze transportu, opartego na ładzie ekonomicznym, ekologicznym, technicznym, przestrzennym i społecznym, zapewnia możliwość zbudowania nowoczesnego transportu we wszystkich jego wymiarach. Dokonano analizy i oceny możliwości realizacji każdego z tych ładów cząstkowych za pomocą narzędzi ze sfery polityki transportowej UE oraz przy wykorzystaniu zmodyfikowanego mechanizmu rynkowego. Pozytywnie zweryfikowano hipotezę, wskazując iż tylko systemy transportowe oparte na zasadach ładu zintegrowanego mogą być uznane jako nowoczesne, odpowiadające potrzebom gospodarki i społeczeństwa informacyjnego. The subject of the research is the transport system build in line with the already used strategy of sustainable development. The author presents the hypothesis that the implementation of this strategy, leading to the formation of an integrated order in the transport sector based on economic, environmental, technical, spatial and social orders, provides the ability to create a modern transport sector in all its dimensions. It has been carried out an analysis and evaluation of feasibility of each of these outputs involved, using the tools of EU transport policy and the modified by the new pricing system market mechanism. The hypothesis has been positively verified, pointing out that only transport systems based on the principles of integrated order can be seen as modern ones, corresponding to the needs of the contemporary economy and the information society.
