Artykuł prezentuje propozycję polskiego standardu wyceny biznesowej opartą na analizie ośmiu standardów wyceny biznesowej oraz praktycznych doświadczeniach autora. Propozycja konstrukcji standardu jest jedynie punktem wyjścia do szerszej dyskusji wśród środowiska naukowego oraz praktyków wyceny nad stworzeniem przyszłego polskiego standardu wyceny biznesowej. The article presents a proposition of the Polish Business Valuation Standard which is based on the eight business valuation standards and the author's experience. This proposition is only an introduction to a wide-ranging discussion of the scientific board and business valuation experts over the creation of the future Polish Business Valuation Standard.
