Abstrakty

Autorzy artykułu przybliżają mentoring biznesowy na przykładzie usługi świadczonej przez nowozelandzką instytucję Business Mentors New Zealand (BMNZ). O jakości i skuteczności tej usługi mówią wyniki ankiet badających poziom satysfakcji klienta, przeprowadzanych wśród klientów BMNZ. W części pierwszej artykułu omówiono poziom i przyczyny satysfakcji klientów korzystających z mentoringu biznesowego. Rosnące zadowolenie sprawia, że klienci zachęcają innych przedsiębiorców do korzystania z tej usługi. W dalszej części artykułu zaprezentowano: genezę programów mentoringowych oraz mentoring jako odpowiedź na potrzeby małych i średnich firm. Ponadto szczegółowo omówiono zakres usługi i charakterystykę wsparcia oferowanego przez mentoring. Autorzy zapraszają więc do lektury artykułu, który prezentuje modelowy program mentoringu biznesowego. (abstrakt autora)

The authors of the article introduce the readers to the business mentoring services provided by Business Mentors New Zealand (BMNZ). The quality and the effectiveness of the service are testified to by the results of the questionnaires examining the level of the clients' satisfaction and conducted among the BMNZ clients. In the current part, we can learn about the level and the causes of satisfaction felt by the clients who use business mentoring. The growing satisfaction induces the clients to encourage other entrepreneurs to avail themselves to the service. The following issues are also presented in this article: the genesis of the mentoring programs, mentoring as a response to the needs of the small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, in a detailed way, there are introduced: the range of the service and the characteristics of the support offered by the mentoring. Hence, the authors invite you to read the article which presents the model programme of business mentoring. (author's abstract)
